Corporate Counsel

Location: Moncton, NB

As a result of continued growth in demand for legal services, our client is once again creating a new opportunity for an additional associate counsel to join their legal group. This diverse group of companies competes very successfully in national and international markets.

As Associate Counsel you will be involved with the negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements, intellectual property issues, acquisitions and risk management. You will provide legal and business advice on a daily basis to the management of the company.

The ideal candidate will possess solid business skills and 5-7 years of solid business or contract law experience either in a major law firm or as counsel of a major corporation. Your excellent communication and detail oriented skills will allow you to flourish in this fast paced environment.
